Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your device: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Ungrip → Cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I paid but don't have access.
Open Ungrip and use Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe. Still stuck? Email us.
How do I delete my data?
Your data is stored only on your device — we never receive it. Deleting the app removes it. There's no server-side copy to erase.
Is my information private?
Yes. What you track in Ungrip stays on your phone and is never sent to us. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
